. . . secondly, who says psychotic is only a male trait?  ;)

Well, can a gentleman suggest otherwise?  0:) 8)

Yes.  He relocated (to Arkansas?) and since then has seldom surfaced, but he does pop in on very rare occasion.  Perhaps he got a girlfriend...?
I thought he was a really old guy... so probably not...

You're theory is that any over the age of 22 can't possibly have a girlfriend?

Okay, I found his picture again... he looks about 60 or so (the one I actually remember was a far-off shot of him fishing, and the way I remember it made him look like he was 70 or 80).
It is possible... just seems like it'd be unlikely.

Lol... he wrote that his classical CD collection is complete and he doesn't need any more CDs. Wow.  :D

greg

I did enjoy him for some reason, though... kind of in the same way that I enjoyed Sean...
(even if I didn't agree with a lot of what they said)

I thought I remembered that Paul Best was married. He stayed behind in his house, having gotten his family out before the havoc wreaked by Katrina/levies failing, I thought, but perhaps I am wrong about that.

Sure it wasn't just a dream?  ;D

No, seriously, I could very well be wrong- he could be married. I just had the impression he wasn't, though nothing that's actually concrete to support that impression.

I am hoping to achieve this level of equanimity.

...you really were a goner?   :o    0:)

Would somebody contact us?  Have you "made arrangements" for this with your funeral director?

To answer my own gruesome question, which reminds me of my tomatoes, because they grew some last summer, but no, I have not made any such arrangements, even though Der Tod is closer to me (probably) than to a majority of you here (because of age, not any kind of medical condition, outside of an appalling tendency toward pun-gency   :o  ).

Paul could have bought 15 samplers and his music would have been complete.  5 second sound snippets would have done it for him. :D

Where did Hector go? And David (Ross) hasn't been seen in nearly 2 months.

knight66

I know Hector was going to reduce his time and input here. He was upset about something, but I don't think he made it clear.

No idea about David.

Much like yourself Benji, David Ross and DavidW are friends that I always miss when they take sabbaticals from GMG.  Being Renaissance men of the modern age, I believe other interests and passions take up their time.  I am sure they will be back....just as surely as the moon Mog will rise at night.
There will never be another era like the Golden Age of Hollywood.  We didn't know how to blow up buildings then so we had no choice but to tell great stories with great characters.-Ben Mankiewicz

Awww. Group hug.  ;D

They'll come back... we can never stay away for too long!

Hector was a cool dude for a British guy.

;D

Goodness. I'd hate for some British lurker to happen by my last post and not know I was KIDDING!  :D

knight66

You mean he wasn't cool?

Yes some unsuspecting Brit did just drop in.
