Nah, I think it would be possibly awesome- my reasoning being if you combine the two worst genres of music, theoretically it would be so bad that the universe and the laws of physics wouldn't be able to contain its suckiness, so its quality would be randomized and most likely end up being good by chance (i would predict anywhere between "awesome" and "somewhat good").

I didn't get it either until hearing the term thrown around on my visit to Chicago, but no one seemed able to tell me exactly what it was.
