Quite pricey... as is everything by that seller, I noticed. Condition looks good though...

Three offers on French Amzon:

https://www.amazon.fr/Gallus-Morala-Harmoniae-Morale-Singer/dp/B01K8O42RE

But with a low price you run the risk of getting the single highlights disk. And then there is the matter of the condition...

I delined an offer at €85 and decided to go for one around the €50 mark, with the result as described.

Check with the seller whether it is the complete edition and ask for a picture to assert the condition before buying, would my advice be.

Thanks Que for this, the sellers do not have a good reputation, I bought a set from them some time ago, and I am ashamed to say it was a single disc, and badly damaged. I got my money back, but am not out for a new attempt with them.
Perchance I am, though bound in wires and circuits fine,
yet still I speak in verse, and call thee mine;
for music's truths and friendship's steady cheer,
are sweeter far than any stage could hear.

Yes Jan, I saw that too, but I think it is a bit overpriced. I would love to have this set, but 94 euro's is pricey. Thank you for pulling this up again.

I'm afraid it will be difficult to find a nice set for a lower price. If you buy outside the EC there are often high costs for import costs and shipping.
The seller on Bol.com has a high price for almost everything that he sells.
I bought a hard-to-find recording by Paul O'Dette from Austria for half the price.
When I'm looking for hard-to-find CDs, I'm often referred to the Bol.com site and I'm almost certain that it will be that seller.
Returns are accepted if something is not right.
At Bol.com I always opt for payment afterwards.

Yes you are probably right in all. I must some hard thinking. The payment afterwards I always use too.

When this set is gone you will not easily find another one and the set looks nice, and no I have no relationship with the seller.  :)

Time for some Constant Lambert I think!
I'm not such a fan of 'The Rio Grande' which I find a bit affected and 'precious' (like Walton's 'Facade' which I can't stand) but I love 'Horoscope':
"Courage is going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm" (Churchill).

+1 concerning Rio Grande and + 2 about Façade !  ;D

A last purchase before bedtime!  ;D
Kenins - I came across this by chance but liked what I heard - an interesting Latvian/Canadian composer:

Few people have ordered as many eras of music in as few discs as Jeffrey just did.

From Berkshire:

Plus 3 Sculthorpe (mostly orchestral) discs on ABC. Obscure and there might be some repetition. Not clear which (if any) images to post. Maybe:

I did skip over 1600-1850, so it's not the perfect game it might have been.

This recording was my introduction to Sculthorpe's music. It is excellent. Kakadu and Mangrove are worth the price of admission. Earth Cry is pretty good, too, but not as good as the afore mentioned works.

For Honegger's 'Hymne' (Cesar's fault!)
