ISTM that most people focused on the President's behavior already have an opinion that can't be diminished or enhanced, they are just looking for that latest outrage either to virtue signal to others within their circle or use it as a club against those outside of it.  Letting Trump troll you every day does not seem like a good way to go through life

Okay, but this is The President were talking about. Have we really gotten to the point where we just roll with this? It's also propaganda and should be treated and responded to as such.

Trump personally kept the planes falling out of the sky, it seems

A real scandal are the military snafus mainly having to do with helicopters in Japan. They don't know what's going to fall out of the sky next in Okinawa:

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-42335091

The US military confirmed in a statement that the window of one of its helicopters fell onto the sports ground of an elementary school outside the US Marine Corps Air Station Futenma.

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/11/22/world/asia/us-navy-japan.html

A United States Navy aircraft carrying 11 crew and passengers crashed Wednesday southeast of Okinawa, Japan, the fifth accident this year for the Seventh Fleet, the Navy's largest overseas fleet.

Indeed.

To be sure, there is a distinction between focusing on the President's behavior, and finding it objectionable.

And if any here let President Clueless troll them every day, aye, I wonder they do not have better uses for their time and energies.

If this is all you've got to explain why his irresponsible and embarrassing behaviour doesn't diminish your opinion of him then I can only read this as "head in sand".

Pretending that we do not all know that El Tupé is a superannuated 4-year-old who needs to be the center of attention, but that it is somehow a super-genius playing 4-D chess.

Isn't (wasn't?) there a bipartisan move in the legislature to disconnect his button? What ever happened with that?

There were hearings replete with grandstanding and showboating in November.  The PR value extracted, the issue faded away, though there could be a fresh opportunity for more grandstanding and showboating.  A Dem introduced legislation banning a nuclear first strike last January, but it went nowhere.  It's not clear any law passed by Congress would pass legal challenges, and besides, Congress hasn't done squat with respect to the use of force since the two AUMFs from Dubya's first term, and the entire post-war framework relies on presidential rather than congressional leadership when it comes to making war.

Arguably, El Tupé and Bannon are two peas in the same sleazy pod:  ready to do anything to advance their "brand."

Who said he was ever 'running' his affairs? It's hard to imagine the child 'running' anything at all.

Really.  We can easily go through history and come up with and list of eminent leaders who assumed contral of a nation or empire and as a result of their incompetence or greed ran it into the ground.
