It isn't as if he knows what he's doing.

People who are worried about the cost of coverage may be doing research, and finding out that in spite of Trump sabotage some marketplace plans are going to be cheaper.

     From NPR:

Because of a wrinkle in premium pricing this year, some consumers may be able to buy gold plans for a lower premium cost than that of a silver plan. For the same reason, consumers who buy a bronze plan may owe no premium at all.

Obamacare Signups Surge After Fears of Republican Sabotage

This could be a record year, state health care people say. That's the opposite of what they were saying only a few days before open enrollment started. The way I see it is that people have figured out that Trump and Congress will continue to try to sabotage health care and will partially succeed. That success will be least likely for people who have already signed up, who will be able to renew coverage forever. That's probably the safest bet.

Trump is trying to force premium costs up on the idea that Obama will be blamed, not him. It's not working.

right... cause premiums just haven't been going through the roof since... oh... oh, I can't remember, can someone reminded me,... oh, yes, OBUMBLER

Honestly, I do not know what it takes, to continue to default to "I have no indication that President Butternut has behaved otherwise than in an entirely ethical, or at least excusable, manner."  I don't.

[El Tupé] adviser sent email describing 'private conversation' with Russian official

Quote from: writers of The Washington Post, baby
Carter Page, a foreign policy adviser to [El Presidente Tupé's] campaign whose visit to Moscow during the election has drawn scrutiny, sent an email to fellow [El Tupé] aides during his trip describing "a private conversation" with a senior Russian official who spoke favorably of the Republican candidate, according to records released late Monday by congressional investigators.

Page also wrote that he had been provided "incredible insights and outreach" by Russian lawmakers and "senior members" of Russian President Vladimir Putin's administration during the trip.

The email appeared to contradict earlier statements by Page, who had said he had only exchanged brief greetings with the senior Russian official, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, after he delivered a speech at a Russian university.

Heck, I don't know what it takes to continue to prefer President Butternut to the Dems.

Talking to and getting verbal support or lip service by foreign nationals is not a crime, so why blow it out of proportion? In 2012 there was the incident, also not a prosecutable offense, in which President Obama was overheard whispering to then-Russian President Dmitri Medvedev that he (Obama) would have more flexibility to negotiate after the U.S. election that November.

Far more serious is the Uranium One cover up:

http://www.heritage.org/crime-and-justice/commentary/7-questions-the-justice-department-must-answer-about-uranium-one-and

"...In 2010, that committee, which consists of representatives from 14 U.S. government agencies and included Hillary Clinton and then-Attorney General Eric Holder, approved the purchase by the Russians of the Uranium One mining company, giving them control of about 20 percent of U.S. uranium production.

In 2011, the same committee approved the sale of commercial uranium to U.S. nuclear power plants by Tenex, a subsidiary of Rosatom, a Russian nuclear company controlled by the Russian government.

This sale to a hostile foreign government occurred despite the fact that the U.S. only produces about one-fifth of the uranium it needs for its nuclear plants, which in turn produce one-fifth of the country's power generation needs.

The FBI even had a U.S. businessman as an informant who was making kickback payments (with the permission of the FBI) at the direction of Vadim Mikerin, the key Russian official overseeing the expansion of the Russian nuclear industry into the U.S. through Rosatom.

The first kickback payment according to the FBI was in November of 2009. The bribes and kickbacks also involved an American uranium-trucking firm. The FBI imposed a nondisclosure agreement on the informant that was only recently voided by the FBI after Congress sought his testimony."

The above is mind-blowing. So what if Trump or his representatives spoke to Russian lawyers?

They were going up before that, during that and under TrumpCare they're going up. Yes, you can't remember.

Hillary was a member of the committee that OK'd the uranium deal. I wouldn't expect her to have input, that would be the NRC and DOE. Intelligence would inform the committee if it had something. Congress could initiate an investigation if they see fit. If there's a potential problem they should. Right now Sessions is recused and Rosenstein is involved in a related case so he's recused, too. Grassley wants a special counsel and we may get one.

Has it occurred to you that insurance premiums are set by insurance companies and not by the government?

Have you priced a plan? Go on the healthcare dot  gov website and connect to your state and see what you'd pay. Open enrollment ends Dec. 15. If you don't have coverage you should check it out. Do it now before it's too late.
