My lack of imagination is shown by the fact that I haven't even considered dill yet - but thanks, a good idea.
But just on bread or a bun, maybe toasted, with butter, and perhaps adding a couple of slices of fresh tomato ... :)

In the States, they sell havarti in various 'incarnations'...sometimes with dill (mixed into the cheese as it's being made).   :)

But cheese is a highly important thing here.

The spice come is one the things that can be added, or, yummy, bigger but mild, salty crystals, giving the cheese a very very discreet, crunchy character.
