Looking to purchase a recording of David Diamond's Rounds for String Orchestra.  I heard this yesterday at a concert and really enjoyed it.  They have this single disc at Amazon, but want 34 bones for the single disc.

Any leads to a reasonably priced recording of this piece would be appreciated.  Hopefully there are some to choose from and I am just not searching the net correctly.:

I have been looking for a recording for a while as well. It is truly a fabulous work, thoroughly enjoyable!

I heard rumours, but mind they are only rumours, that Naxos is planning to record that, or allready did. :)

Since NAXOS owns all DELOS recordings, they don't need to record them again. Just release the same recording under NAXOS.

There's a CD on the Apex label with Diamond's Rounds on. You can get it for £2.75 on the Amazon UK site. It's called "American Music for Strings".

Yes, and it's also by Schwarz - an earlier recording featuring the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra.

It's identical to this release:

Except of course in cover - and price!
