Their ability to count is not even the worst problem, but ironic that 'trio' is the only word that can be read easily.

Given that some similar covers are faked for laughs, I'm skeptical about the reality of this one.

I know (ie I knew before you told me). Not exactly the most thorough entry. It even says "new submission".

Then again there are genuine covers so insane this one looks like a masterpiece in comparison!
Spatial distortion is a serious problem deteriorating headphone listening.
Crossfeeders reduce spatial distortion and make the sound more natural
and less tiresome in headphone listening.

Wrong in so many ways, starting with the logo. Channel needs to make its logo smaller and drop the catalog numbers, which aren't necessary on the covers. And then fire whoever designed this cover because they clearly have no typographical sense.

Agreed! What a mess! The more I study the cover, the more things I find to be bad/wrong! It is a mess on multiple levels and scales! Maybe it was designed by bad AI?  ::)

I doubt it. You'd have to really not give a damn to use AI to generate your covers, like the kind of operation that floods streaming platforms with PD material stolen from other labels. AFAIK Channel is still a reputable label.

They've taken some of your advice! Compare that 2008 release to the most recent Budapest/Fischer album -

They are still using the i in Festival as the accent mark on Ivan's name.

I didn't even notice that! I mean, I noticed that the 'i' was a different color but it never occurred to me that it was intended as an accent -- probably because it doesn't work as such. I wonder if that was the whole reason for stacking the text in that awkward manner. As for the logo ... it's not much of an improvement. IMO elements shouldn't overlap unless there's a very good reason. I see Channel is part  of the Outhere family now; perhaps that explains the (slightly) improved graphics.

Again, this is one of those lists where a lot of them are probably NOT real.

The infamous "Jesus Use Me" by The Faith Tones, for example, isn't real. People create fake album covers all the time (heck, we have revised covers right here in this thread on a regular basis) and then they run wild on the internet out of context.

Probably not real... OK.
Yet, I found several for sale on Discogs....The faith tones LP (1964) is  hard to believe.

And if someone took the trouble to amuse us....he definitely made me laugh.

Hairstyles in the sixties (especially in Germany) were outrageous.

25 to 19 are just bizarre and bad (but trios are real trios!). 18 onwards things get really bizarre and creepy!  :o

I WRESTLED WITH GOD!  :D Tommy Phelps realised he will earn more money as an evangelist as an wrestler.

I wonder if evangelist Jay "Naughty" Snell had a "tent" in his pants while preaching about "sex and the female" and talking about the "confessions of a teen-age girl" under the tent.  ???

Apparently ventriloquists are popular in religious circles, something I didn't know.  ::)

Satan being for the birds is something I didn't know either! ::)

Billy Bob Hitler is one of the funniest names I have ever seen.  ;D

But strangely believable as I once noticed a Chris Hitler in the corporate directory of a former employer and he was in America.

Dennis Brain is an incredibly famous horn player. You can't change his name.

Edit: Also a distant relative of my piano teacher who had the same name.

Nobody did. For one thing it doesn't say Brain Homage, it says Dennis Brain Homage. Or it just says Brain. There's nothing in the typeface suggesting that only 2 words are important instead of 3. It's all you.
