All that's needed is for Papy to take a second picture of his set in front of Jens' picture, and we set up a potentially infinite recursivity.

About Goya:  full copies of both of his two great series of etchings--Caprichos and The Disasters of War--can be downloaded from the Internet.   The Sleep of Reason is one of several famous works in the Caprichos set;  Disasters of War is one of the most disturbing group of art works ever produced, inspired by what Anglophones call  the Peninsular War (the Spanish element of the Napoleonic Wars--I'm not sure of what the Spanish name for it might be).

Browsing through my Amazon wish list looking for bargains, so far it is going nicely... :)

Note aside: Amazon reviews are often pretty hilarious. I mean, letting people know that you are not so keen on religious music, is of no interest whatsoever for prospective buyers... ;D

Curtis seem to use too much energy on rerecording what already exists in good version (a recent and not so wellreceived Giulio Cesare comes to mind, this disc includes Pergolesi and Scarlatti Salve Reginas) when he should be concentrating on filling holes in the recorded repertory instead......

Florestan
