My name is Ulises Torres, I'm half American and half Mexican and am very proud of my heritage. I was born in San Diego, California.

I play the piano since I was a child, my favorite musician is Beethoven but there are a lot just behind.

My favorite Mexican composer is Manuel Ponce.  His style blends very well with the european traditions.  There are a number of excellent recordings which can be sampled on utube

I too am a native Californian, born in Hollywood and grew up in Los Angeles (Eagle Rock to be exact). Where abouts are you in Los Angeles?
