Dancing Divertimentian

Veit Bach-a baker who found his greatest pleasure in a little cittern which he took with him even into the mill and played while the grinding was going on. In this way he had a chance to have the rhythm drilled into him. And this was the beginning of a musical inclination in his descendants. JS Bach

Is that Elliot Gould? Please say yes.
I was about to ask why Elliot Gould?

It's just random awesomeness I think.

She got the beat.

It's the new actress for the 'Murder She Wrote' reboot! ;)

Because when I looked at that picture of Philip Glass I thought, "Huh, he looks like a stoned Elliot Gould."

I fixed it more.

Excellent.

I think it's time to fire up the graphics editing program...

(If I can stop laughing at your image long enough.)

Would anyone like the 100 Great Symphonies cover to get the Paavo Järvi treatment?

Don't answer that. I'll answer for you:

"Why yes. Yes I would, Peter."

Okey dokey then. One album cover comin' up.

bahahahahaha I'm so glad you're on GMG.

And of course, the answer to Ken's question is that there are Smurfs in tribute to you!

This is among the worst I have ever seen. It's like the real image they wanted to use malfunctioned and nobody noticed the error. And to make matters worse, the artwork is grainy and pixellated, like they've blown it up from its original size.

If I were the artists, I'd be angry.

Pixelation, eh?

How about this?

Hey, in the 80s pixellation was cool! Modern computers and graphics for everyone!

It's probably pure nostalgia, because I started listening to classical music back then and as a teenager could only afford so few CDs, but I love looking at all those covers from the time and sometimes I am seriously tempted to get stuff I do not really want (much less need) on Ebay or so, because the covers remind me of this time...
