We need a thread called GMG Boners...

Or not.
I'm going with "not."

You were assuming this definition, right?

2: a clumsy or stupid mistake ; also : howler 2

karlhenning

I thought that was 1. And only.

Moreover, I was thinking if you started that thread it might prompt Sean to make an early return.  >:D

Ha. Won't be doing that then...  :P

Well-played, Brian!

There seems to be a remarkable outbreak of sexual references on this forum today :o

There are erections in this thread. There is lurid discussion of Benjamin Britten's alleged interest in young boys in the Composers' Dirty Laundry thread(General Music Discussion). There is masturbation in one of the Mozart Threads in the Composer Forum. We have had a member talking about his lust for Greek girls in another thread.

I would just like to point out that for elderly gentlemen like myself, of a nervous and sensitive disposition, this is getting decidedly dangerous for my blood pressure :( ;D

I met a Greek girl today.  Which thread was that?

Sadly I didn't miss that reference, Karl.

I just don't know what it is.....but I definitely don't want to know!!  I suspect it is some unimaginable perversion ::)

I refer you, David, to Papageno's Visit to Greece thread in here.

Ah, thank you, Colin ('twas just in jest).

[insert double-take emoticon]Say what?  Papageno lusting after a Greek girl?  But his internet persona is so...swishy.

Somehow, I regret my few days' worth (and counting) break from GMG even less, after reading the reports above. :P Towards the interest of my peace of mind, I have not even checked what happened in said thread about Papageno and the Kifisian 15-year-old.

(How's that for a title to a short story - albeit a fairly unconventional one*? ;D)

*An unconventional short story, that is. I'm sure the title is quite conventional, given the genre...
