:( I feel sorry for you...but now you've got yourself a decent enough system. Be grateful, not everyone can afford $100k top-of-the-line gear like 71dB and Harry.

Meh. Better bad speakers than no speakers at all.

Bought these babies to go with my computer just for sampling mind.
The Bose Companion 2. 150,- euro's, this will do, its not for main listening.
Should also check for a new soundcard.

Excuse me but I don't have $100k systems. It's just that if you invest say $300-400 to a pair of speakers instead of $50 you get significantly better sound. Above $400 the sound gets lowly better with the price. $300-400 speakers give you the best quality/price ratio.

Spatial distortion is a serious problem deteriorating headphone listening.
Crossfeeders reduce spatial distortion and make the sound more natural
and less tiresome in headphone listening.

Well I can afford it now, but not when I was that young as 71dB, is now.
10 years further on in his life he will have a wife, kids, and a 100k system! :)

I don't know about wife and kids. A girlfriend maybe if I am lucky.

I'd never buy a $100k system even if I won millions in a lottery. Why? Because I know a $10k system can be almost as good as a $100k system. The difference is simply too small to justify spending extra $90k.
A pair of Hifi C-1 loudspeakers cost about $3k to construct and the sound quality can compete well with any high end loudspeaker in the world.

Great, my system costed me $425 in total.
