Bought this set today:

Its the Peel slowly and See box-set (not the VU & Nico as it would appear).
If you asked me who my favourite band were when I was 20 I would have said the VU - to be honest I don't listen to them a lot these days but I am still looking forward to checking out this box-set :).

I think Warhol is great. Need to look up some more of his work.

Christmas came early this year as my parents bought me this Apple Macbook Pro:

Dad got this computer for half off via eBay (it was $2500 originally). Goodbye PC, hello Apple! ;D

Sounds like a good deal indeed. Hope you enjoy the lens!
"You overestimate my power of attraction," he told her. "No, I don't," she replied sharply, "and neither do you".

Its a big box of The Eurythmics - all tha albums apart for the 1984 soundtrack.

Green Destiny

I owned these albums as MP3's for a while but I wanted to buy CD's of them too:

I started a new project a couple of months back to upgrade my Digital collection - I have been ripping CD's into Digital files with 320VBR AAC' and I have taken the opportunity to do high resolution scans of the albums cover art as well.
The upgraded albums look and sound really nice. Im not going to do my entire collection as, like a lot of people here, I have 1000's of records but its cool to do it for some favourites :).

This one looks like a good compilation, I hope you enjoy it.
I ordered the new JMJ album a while back but I ended up cancelling the order as it turned out to be a album of collaborations rather than 100% Jarre :(.

Yes I know ::) :D:

Sort of on an 80's high most of this week since I spent so much time listening to the Eurythmics box-set. After doing a bit of research I concluded this was the only TT album Id be needing.
