Perhaps you guys need to also take a look at your outboxes? Those can fill up quite quickly too.

Yes you do. When you check "save a copy of this reply", it goes into your outbox. I know people who save copies of a lot of replies (proof shots ) and I think it likely that they forget that when checking the volume of their mail. Or not. Just sayin'...
