In Finland these things are easy if

(a) you are rich (you can use expensive private sector services)
(b) you have work and work related healthcare services at your disposal.

I am unemployed and for me these options do not exist. Last year I needed to see doctor because I had scary health problems. It was a pain in the ass process and in the end I saw doctor four months later at which point my problems had (fortunately) started to go away. I did look how to get diagnose for autism. Looked like a complicated process... ...so I am hesitant to see all the trouble only to hear from someones mouth the things I already know. In the worst case I am told I don't have autism and I am back in the beginging and confused as hell again...

Finland is greatly overrated a country, then.  Come to Romania and welcome, my friend! Emergency are treated s such, regardless whether you have insurance or not.

I won't presume to to explain the health care system in Finland to you. My father-in-law is a retired permanent resident of Finland and he seems to get high quality care for diabetes, and recently had surgery for a brain lesion. I have no idea how easy it is to get psychological care in Finland.

You seem to be saying that giving a name to your psychological attributes, classifying them as a disease, allows you to accept them. I see there is value in that, but if it justifies abandoning efforts to resolve your issues, that might be a negative. In principal you can achieve self-acceptance without a diagnosis. The purpose of a medical diagnosis is generally to facilitate treatment.

In any case, I wish you all the best.

I have heard it is a hassle.
Best of luck.

If it's a no, I guess there is always typology systems.
They actually have gone a long way in describing me, surprisingly- especially the newer theory/systems.

There was even one person a few days who did a typing video I saw from a few days ago-

My reaction was "wow, wtf, this is literally stuff I say but never ever hear from other people" and it turns out he had some specific combo of typology traits that are the same as mine, that caused that.

If you aren't actually autistic, well.... I do suspect you are enneagram 5, like me, and it has been called "pseudo-autistic" for good reason- although people with autism can be any enneagram type (I've noticed some patterns I won't get into).

But often 5's may not be autistic or even come across as autistic, yet share some common autistic traits (high anxiety, high reclusiveness, being more of an observer socially, etc.)

And you got the INTJ thing down as well, so that's better than nothing.

I did look at enneagrams shortly at some point and yes, 5 looks correct. All of this "finding out who I am" started a decade or so ago when my sister said I probably have Asperger's. A few years ago I got into personality types (MBTI) and found out I seem to an INTJ. At this point I didn't consider myself autistic per se, but I found out Asperger's is under the autistic spectrum nowadays, so okay I'm high functioning autistic person then, previously called someone with Asperger's. These are just labels. Autistic, Asperger's, INTJ,... just labels. What matters is how my brain works. What things are easy/difficult for me. That's the stuff I want to understand/know. The way people like me are called is just labels.

been watching a ton of autism videos the last few days for more learning.
idk, probably not worth thinking about.
Because I don't think I'm autistic- I'm just very weird.
So I'll stick to typology  ;D .

it's just annoying sometimes when there is a lack of labels, it makes it hard to explain yourself to others.

like, I have a strong fear of conformity that is quite abnormal that I can trace back to memories of when I was 5/6 years old.

but it's not like I dwell on it, it only comes out in certain situations or thoughts- when I feel like there is coercion going on.

and I tried to search if there is a "phobia" name for that, but there literally isn't- it doesn't exist. Search it and see- try google and ChatGPT.

(the closest thing is PDA, which I might have mentioned some time ago)

It's perhaps more important to be able to explain things to oneself; other people may not always have the same level of interest. It can certainly be annoying to have to pretend to conform, especially when it's something you know is stupid or wrong.

It is not my business to tell what you are. Weird people have some kind of reason for being weird. There are neurotypicals and there are neurodivergents. It is about in what way you are weird. Village idiots are weird, but I'd say in most cases they are also neurotypical (not autistic).
