Once my meds ran out, my health deteriorated. I have numbness in my fingers, so I think I'll go to urgent care.

Oh, no!  :(

I hope that they can help you--and soon!

They did blood work and an X-ray, no pneumonia, no asthma, no complications. Just low B12, I'll be fine. It will just take a long time.

Will you need to get injections for a while or just take pill supplements for a while and  mind your diet?

And I take it that you're over Covid now...or not?

Yikes. That's no fun at all and would take you right to Thanksgiving. Sending strength...but not too much, as I just tested positive for my first-ever case a couple hours ago. Probably got it from judging a pizza-making contest  ;D

So far symptoms are very mild. A lot of coughing and gunk, a little bit of headache, but that's it. No real breathing troubles or anything else. No medicine. Fingers crossed...I know you had a few easy days before the hard ones.

No fun.  I had thought (by what you had posted) that it would take quite some time to get your B12 levels back up.  Was Covid causing the problems in your fingers?  I had thought that it was due to low levels of B12.  Sorry to hear that you are also experiencing shortness of breath.  I don't remember reading that previously...perhaps that was part of your mention of experiencing flu-like systems?  I haven't had the flu in many decades...can't remember the last time actually, so had probably forgotten some of the symptoms.

Healthy thoughts your way.

In my decades old online experience, people are mostly nice to each other naturally, save cases in which there is a natural incompatibility. Such cases are rare, though, but all the more virulent --- and I know very well what I'm talking about.
