That website doesn't give the names of composers. I recognise some of the works, but have you all just memorised every key and opus number?

Okay, here's a list of contents with composers I know or don't know. In the order of the original webpage.
Bacchus, Festin, Petite Suite, Symphony 2, Pour une fete, Symphony 3, Aeneas - Roussel
Flute Concerto - ?? [but googling reveals this is an arrangement of Khachaturian's Violin Concerto]
Cydalise - Pierne
Concertstuck - ?? [google says Pierne]
Divertissements - ?? but I think Pierne?
Organ Concerto, Concert champetre - Poulenc
Symphony 2 - ?? [google says Marcel Landowski]
Piano Concerto No 2 - ??
Symphony No 3 - Saint-Saens Organ
Tropismes pour des amours imaginaires - [google says Jacques Ibert]
Piano Concerto No. 2 in G Major, Op. 44 - Tchaikovsky

I think everything else is easy to figure out.

Thanks, that helps.

I suspect that this item already has been posted elsewhere?

Hmm, I can't see how Sony can fit 81 discs into that box (in a single row)! Looks like an oversized box with plenty of foam on the sides. *sigh*

What is the difference between that set and this one?

Number of Discs: 80

The old one is OOP and is very expensive. I think the new set is remastered...

A very international Aïda is announced for October, with a very art déco cover:

Yes; I checked the prices - outlandish.  But you are saying the actual contents are same other than the second box possibly being remastered?  The older box sounded very good to me.

I have the original jackets box and might put it up for sale.  I can price mine far below the current offers and still make out great; no need to be greedy.

I wonder if anybody will buy the used OOJ sets now when the new edition is being released?

Hurrah! I've been looking forward to this release since I first heard about it a few months ago. I hope it lives up to my expectations.

I haven't seen the list of the contents, but I suspect it is extremely similar.

Nice!
Presumably a compilation of most of the previous DG mini-boxes? DG's marketing strategy is evil! Tempting, but I suspect that most of it lives in my collection. I wish DG released this set a few years ago (before the mini-boxes). *sigh*

48 cds

Yeah, I really dislike the way the UMG (Universal Music Group) markets their classical music. One huge pointless box after another with apparently no end in sight.

Sooooo tempting... My favourite pianist of all time. While I have most of these releases separately, I am missing some of the chamber stuff like the Beethoven cycles with Kremer and Maisky. I'll probably get it if I see it for a good price.

If you need the duo recordings, why not get just the duo recordings:

You mean Beethoven sonata 21, I got quite excited till I saw that it was a typo.

This Argerich box is not for me either, but it never would have occurred to me to complain about its existence.

ETA: somebody just mentioned the Zinman box on another thread. I am tempted to complain about that one's existence.
